How are Pandit Ji verified?
Every Pandit Ji completes KYC (Aadhaar masked, PAN, bank), a knowledge check by our senior Acharyas and, where available, police verification. Only approved profiles are visible to you.
Pricing
What is included in the price?
You see a full breakdown before paying: Pandit Dakshina, samagri kit (if Pandit Ji brings it), travel charge (if any), platform fee and applicable GST. There are no hidden charges.
Payments
Can I pay in cash?
Yes. Choose 'Pay cash after puja' at checkout where available. For first-time bookings we may ask for the platform fee online to confirm the slot.

What if Pandit Ji cancels or is late?
Our system instantly finds the best alternative Pandit Ji near you. You can accept the new Pandit, choose another time or take a full refund — your choice.
How does live tracking work?
When Pandit Ji starts the journey you can see him on the map with an ETA. He starts the puja only after you share the 4-digit arrival OTP shown in your booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the puja. 50% refund between 24 and 6 hours. No refund within 6 hours, except when the cancellation is from our side.
Samagri
Do I need to arrange samagri?
You can choose either option. If Pandit Ji brings the samagri, the kit price is shown separately. Otherwise we share a complete checklist with you.
