1. Platform

Pujya App (pujya.app) is operated by Vegavaan Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and acts as a marketplace connecting devotees with independent Pandit partners.

2. Bookings

A booking is confirmed once payment (or cash-on-puja confirmation) is received. Prices shown at checkout are final and are saved with your booking.

3. Conduct

Users and Pandit partners must behave respectfully. We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse or repeated cancellations.

4. Liability

Religious outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Faridabad, Haryana have jurisdiction.
